FDMusume 0 — Base Body [BETA]

What is this?   Currently working on a15cm tall, 1/12 scale plastic model similar to 30 minutes sisters and frame arms girls. Currently stuck on the musume part of my personal mechamusume project so I'm posting this version first to get feedback so I can lock in the design before I make accessories like armor, weapons, and hair parts. I'm also testing her weapon holding hands. Not included in the print but shown is a 30ms gun. The weapon grip hands are designed to be compatible with designs with a rectangular cross-section of 3.5mm x 2mm as well as a circular cross-section of 3mm diameter. Her ball and socket joints ath the neck, torso and hips are 6mm so part swaps with dummy13 or carbon13 derivatives may be possible.   Print Considerations   The model is printed mostly in PETG and TPU for AMS (68D shore hardness). PETG joints can resist stress relaxation better than PLA, but it is still gets loose quick compared to ABS. To compensate for this, the connector parts are printed in TPU. I only had 68D with me so I haven't tried 95A TPU. Should you only have PETG for the connectors, apply a joint strengthening pen or similar coating to the joints to increase their lifespan, prior to assembly.   The 3rd plate for the lower legs and forearms are a gamble to print. They are oriented as such to minimize stair-stepping and conceal layer lines. Wash your build plate, keep the brim-object gap to 0, and pray. Also the plate is set to per object instead of per layer sequence.
