The tolerances and clearances between the parts have been specifically designed around these print settings. Using different settings may affect the fit and functionality of the shutter. I have published two print profiles: Profile with “Roll-Up” text – version with the Roll-Up lettering Profile without text – clean version without lettering Choose the profile corresponding to the version you want to print. 🔧 Assembly Instructions 1. Soften the shutter Before assembly, roll the shutter back and forth several times to soften it and make it more flexible. This will make assembly easier and improve its movement during use. 2. Insert the shutter into the guides Carefully insert the shutter into the side guides of the box and gently slide it into position. 3. Insert the locking piece Insert the locking piece into its slot on the box and press gently until it is fully seated. For a permanent and more secure fit, you can also apply a small drop of glue to the locking piece before inserting it. 4.
