Assembly Corner Joint with Cover

Both the Bracket and Cover must be printed on its corner edge, so the layer lines provide strength and the holes do not require support. Originally Designed to repair the interior of a caravan. I have developed it, so there are three sizes. I printed them with Bambu Tough PLA, although any type of filament should work I believe. The clip on cover can be made with any filament, using the colour to suit its surroundings. The best screws are 4mm x 25mm countersunk. When using these brackets on 18mm thick material (like kitchen units) 25mm screws should not protrude through to the other side. Please check the screws you require for your application.
