Boost MeTactical Pocket Knife & Custom Blade Sheath A highly detailed and sophisticated pocket knife design featuring a custom sheath for standard trapezoid utility blades. The entire model was designed with printability in mind. Despite its complex and detailed construction, the parts can be printed quickly and easily without any supports, making the model accessible while still delivering a premium-looking result. 🔪 Compatible Trapezoid Blade The knife is designed for trapezoid utility blades with approximately the following dimensions: Width: 61 mm Height: 19 mm Top edge: 31 mm Please check your blade dimensions before printing to ensure compatibility. 🔧 Assembly The knife is assembled using 1x BT3x5 and 5x BT3x6 self-tapping screws. A detailed video assembly guide is provided to make the assembly process as simple and straightforward as possible. 🔒 Unique Sheath Locking Mechanism One of the main highlights of this design is the custom snap-in locking mechanism integrated into the blade sheath. Simply slide the knife into the sheath. As the knife is inserted, the integrated spring temporarily moves out of the way. Once the knife reaches its final position, the spring automatically returns to its original position and securely locks the knife in place. This allows a simple, satisfying, and reliable snap-in mechanism that is designed to prevent the knife from accidentally sliding out of the sheath. 💧 Functional Sheath Details The sheath features several additional design details: A small opening at the front of the sheath allows moisture to escape instead of accumulating inside. Two triangular openings on both sides allow you to see the blade while inserting the knife into the sheath. This makes it easier to visually confirm the position of the blade and adds an additional distinctive design element. 🧷 Optional Belt/Clip Attachment An optional clip has also been designed for the back of the sheath. It can be mounted if you want to attach the knife securely to your belt, pocket, bag, or other suitable location. 🎨 Two-Color Design & Fuzzy Skin I designed the model specifically as a two-color print to give it a distinctive and premium appearance. For an additional visual effect, I used Fuzzy Skin on selected areas of the surface. This adds texture and gives the finished model a much more refined and high-quality look. There are countless possibilities for customization.
