Descripción
ParkBITE is not just another bit organizer. The entire design is inspired by a jaw, turning your screwdriver bits into the “teeth” of the holder. It holds up to 23 standard 25 mm screwdriver bits and uses embedded Ø5 × 1 mm or Ø5 × 1.5 mm magnets to keep them securely in place. The integrated print-in-place hinge allows the holder to open and close like a real set of jaws. The focus of this model is the design itself: compact, functional, and a little different from the usual rectangular bit storage solutions. Features: Holds up to 23 standard 25 mm bits Jaw-inspired design with the bits acting as teeth Embedded magnets for secure bit retention Compatible with Ø5 × 1 mm / Ø5 × 1.5 mm magnets Print-in-place hinge Compact storage when closed Easy access to all bits when opened Magnet Installation The print is designed to pause automatically after approximately 1 hour and 23 minutes. At this point, the magnets can be inserted into the prepared recesses before the print continues. If you are using a magnetic nozzle, the magnets must be secured with cyanoacrylate (super glue). Otherwise, they may be attracted to the nozzle and get pulled out of position when the cavities are closed during the following layers. Alternatively, the magnets can also be installed after the print is finished by gluing them into the hexagonal openings. When using this method, magnets with a diameter of up to 6 mm can also be used. However, there is a greater chance that the magnets may come loose or fall out over time, so proper adhesive is strongly recommended. Magnets are required for reliable bit retention. Screwdriver bits can vary slightly in size depending on the manufacturer. Because of these tolerances, the bit openings had to be designed slightly larger to ensure broad compatibility. Without magnets, some bits may therefore fit too loosely and may not stay securely in place. A fun and functional addition to any workbench, tool drawer, or 3D printing workspace. Show your teeth.
