Custom Magnetic Catan Box – 5–6 Player Edition Keep your Catan® 5–6 player expansion neatly organised with this custom-designed storage box, specially made for my magnetic hexagon tile system. The hexagon tiles contain embedded magnets, allowing them to click securely together and stay perfectly in place during storage and transport. The magnetic connection makes assembling and storing your tiles quick, satisfying, and hassle-free. 🧲 Magnetic Hexagon System Each hexagon uses magnets on its sides. To ensure the tiles connect correctly, alternate the magnet orientation on every side. The 3D-print file includes a pause before layer 27, allowing you to insert the magnets during printing before continuing with the next layers. 📦 Designed for 5–6 Players This box is specifically designed for the 5–6 player variant, giving you a dedicated and compact storage solution for your magnetic hexagon tiles and components. ⚠️ There are 3 versions  of the bottom inlay for the different versions of the game !! Make sure to check before printing !! you can find it in the name of plate 17,18 and 19 One for the old wooden version One for the new plastic version One generic version that fits all to be safe 🛠️ What You'll Need 840 × 4 × 2 mm magnets (I purchased a pack of 1,000 magnets from AliExpress.) 16 × 8 × 2 mm magnets 4 × M3 × 30 mm bolts 2 × M3 × 35 mm bolts ⚠️ Important When inserting the 4 × 2 mm magnets, make sure to alternate the magnetic polarity on each side. This is essential for the hexagons to attract and connect correctly.
