9mm Silencer Cutaway | No AMS Needed | Prop

Ever wondered what's inside a 9mm pistol silencer?  With this model you can see a cutaway cross-section of exactly what's inside a silencer (aka a suppressor).  This  model even comes with a glock-style display stand that you can screw the silencer into, just like the real thing.  No AMS is needed and assembly takes just a second -- no glue is needed.   Background: Silencer is the most common term in movies and pop culture, however, technically these devices are better known today suppressors since they only make the gunshot quieter, not silent.  A suppressor uses the internal chambers you see in this model (called baffles) to slow down the muzzle blast and diffuse it before it exits the hole on the end of the suppressor.  Each baffle traps more of the energy and sound before it goes to the next baffle, which is able to lower the sound of a gunshot.  For max effect typically this is paired with a sub-sonic bullet since the standard bullets will make a crack (from its sonic boom) after it leaves the suppressor.   Note: this is a non-functional display prop model.
