Titan Travel Pod - Sci-Fi Twist Lock EDC Container

Titan is the first model of the Sci-Fi EDC Series, a new line of compact utility pods that share a common design language. Each pod in the series is named after a moon of our solar system. More shapes, sizes and functions will follow.   Titan is a palm sized container designed for everyday carry. Typical uses include pills and vitamins, coins, earbuds, keys, SD cards, hashtray, small tools, snacks or anything you want to keep organized and protected inside a bag, a backpack or a jacket pocket.   The lid closes with a fast quarter turn twist lock. It opens and closes in under a second with a satisfying click, no threads to spin and no fiddling. Even without any gasket the pod is splash resistant and it floats, so rain, spray and an accidental drop in water are not a problem.   For extra protection, an experimental gasket printed in TPU 85A is included as an optional part. With the gasket installed the pod offers significantly higher water resistance. It is not rated for prolonged underwater use.   The colored trim ring at the neck is a separate part: print it in any color you like and swap it whenever you want. Two slots on the lid accept lanyards and carabiners, and you can find matching accessories in my spring carabiner collection.   All parts print without supports. Printing is fast: about a couple hours for the full set on a standard 0.4 nozzle.   Size: approximately 94 mm tall x 64 mm diameter.   Recommended materials: PLA or PETG for body and lid, TPU 85A for the optional gasket.   Note: From now on, a small creator tag will be included in all my models to help discourage unauthorized commercial resale of printed copies.
