IPSC Target Paster 2.0

AuxArc presents a second version of the Target Paster for IPSC style targets. Boost MeThis product was redesigned and improved thanks to numerous comments, critiques and suggestions from you guys.  Really appreciate the input and I hope you'll find this works even better than the last one.    I've used the previous design now for about six months and it's worked great but there were a few hangups.   There wasn't a channel to pull the tape through consistently and that was one suggestion. It didn't have a long lifespan because the tension in the design that held the spool in place would start to bend if it had any pressure on it in storage.  It also wasn't particularly robust, the tabs that held the spool would break along print lines pretty easily.  Lastly, it just didn't keep the tape on the spool well.  It would hold the spool, but the ribbon would unwind if set down wrong.     Those things are fixed now.  Instead of a tension, spring like mechanic to hold a spool in place, there's simply a screw cap that covers the entire cavity and keeps everything contained.  It works for any 1k paster spool with varying inner diameters and provides a much cleaner process for taping.  Again, the first one would work, and worked great, but there were some easy improvements to make.       I print in PETG because this thing's going to sit in the car, sit in a box, and PLA just warps in midsouth summer heats.  The cap is a little tight to screw on the first time, but I've mitigated that as much as I can and tried to make it smooth operations pretty quickly.  There's a second option for the spool cap, one that is skeletonized so you can see behind it and it's honestly what I should have printed first.       I hope this helps you range guys out there.  I hope this helps getting your shooters to tape in between matches too.  I appreciate the support, the comments, the requests, and yes, the critiques.  Thank you.  You can follow me on Youtube, Instagram or X to keep up with design releases or just me hitting high B class on a consistent basis.
