🍓 Strawberry Lamp – Fruit Lamp Collection Meet the Strawberry Lamp, the newest member of my Fruit Lamp Collection! 🍓✨ Following the Cherry Lamp, I wanted to continue the collection with one of the most recognizable and colorful fruits — the strawberry. The design combines the natural shape and characteristic surface details of a strawberry with the playful milk-splash inspired base of the collection. The result is a functional lamp that also works as a decorative object even when the light is turned off. 🍓 Design & Inspiration The main goal was to keep the strawberry instantly recognizable while adapting its shape for 3D printing and lighting. The small seed details across the surface give the model more depth and create an especially beautiful effect when the internal light is turned on. Instead of simply illuminating a smooth shell, the light interacts with these details and creates subtle variations across the strawberry. The leaves on top complete the natural fruit appearance, while the splash-shaped base creates the illusion that the strawberry has just landed in a drop of milk. This same visual language connects it with the Cherry Lamp and future models in the Fruit Lamp Collection. 💡 LED Kit Compatible The Strawberry Lamp is designed to be used with an LED Kit. The light source is hidden inside the strawberry, allowing the entire fruit body to glow rather than exposing the LED itself. This creates a soft and warm decorative light that works especially well in darker environments. The strawberry can also be displayed without the LED Kit, making it suitable as a colorful decorative piece on a desk, shelf, bedside table, or creative workspace. 🖨️ Recommended Filaments For my own print, I used: PLA Matte PLA+ I was very happy with the results from both materials. PLA Matte works particularly well for the leaves and base because of its soft, clean surface appearance, while PLA Plus is a great option for the strawberry body and provides a beautiful result when illuminated from inside. Depending on the filament color and opacity, you can also experiment with different lighting effects. 🧩 Easy Multi-Color Assembly The model is divided into separate parts to make multi-color printing as simple as possible. The strawberry body, leaves, and milk-splash base can be printed separately in their appropriate colors without requiring an AMS or complicated filament changes. After printing, the individual pieces are designed to fit together easily, making assembly simple and clean. This also gives you freedom to create your own color combinations — from a realistic red strawberry with green leaves to completely imaginative versions. 🏠 Decorative & Functional The Strawberry Lamp was designed to work both as a functional ambient lamp and as a standalone decorative model. It can be a fun addition to: Desks and creative workspaces Bedside tables Shelves and display areas Kitchens and dining spaces Kids' rooms Colorful or playful interior setups Even during the daytime with the LED turned off, the strawberry shape and milk-splash base make it an eye-catching display piece. 🍒🍓 Fruit Lamp Collection The Strawberry Lamp is part of my growing Fruit Lamp Collection, which started with the Cherry Lamp.
