Space Cowboy Kit for Heritage Rough Rider

This is not a firearm.   This is a hybrid remix of Booligan Custom Gunworks’ Heritage Rough Rider body kit. I started from the original 6.5" release and built versions that add Picatinny (1913) rails on both the top and the bottom for 6.5" and 4.75" versions so you can mount an optic up top and a tactical light or other accessory underneath.   This is not a firearm. It is a printed body / shroud that slides over a complete, factory Heritage Rough Rider revolver. It does not include a frame, barrel, cylinder, or any firing component. Know your local laws before printing or installing any firearm accessory. Unload and clear the revolver before install. Keep your support hand behind the cylinder gap — revolvers vent hot gas at the front of the cylinder. Open the loading gate and confirm every chamber is empty. Remove the factory ejector housing / cover. You do not need it with this body. Take the factory ejector rod and spring and slide them into the slot on the printed body. Slide the body over the revolver until it seats fully. Do not force it. Install and tighten the ejector housing screw to lock the body in place. Confirm the cylinder still rotates freely and the ejector still works. Mount optics and lights with standard Picatinny hardware. Don’t over-crush the printed rail — snug is enough. Function check unloaded before live fire: cylinder lockup, hammer, trigger, and ejector. If the body is tight, lightly sand the contact faces. Don’t heat-gun it onto the gun. Keep your support hand behind the cylinder gap.
