Mega Man Project -Multipart Monocolor

This is an initial test model of Mega Man in a classic battle pose. The model is structured in a multipart format (divided into several independent parts for assembly and subsequent gluing), allowing for optimized printing of each piece. Important Note on Material and Colors: The image above shows the model painted or rendered with the classic colors (light and dark blue, red details, and skin tone). However, the files provided in this project are prepared to be printed entirely in PLA monocolor (a single color at a time). The colored finish in the photo serves only as a visual reference for painting or for anyone planning to print specific parts with manually swapped colors. Status and Adjustments (Beta Version): This is the Beta 1.0 version. It still requires fine-tuning for the final version: Fits and Tolerances: The tolerance margins between the multipart pieces are being tested to ensure perfect alignment during gluing. Layer Lines: Depending on the chosen layer height, some areas may require sanding or post-processing if a smooth painted finish is desired. Part Orientation: Some parts on the build plate are still undergoing optimization to minimize support usage and contact marks. Supports: Tree Support parameters are in the refinement phase to protect the details of the parts. Suggested Print Settings: Material: Monocolor PLA Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.12mm (to preserve facial and helmet details) Infill: 10-15% (Gyroid pattern recommended) Supports: Tree Supports highly recommended. Feel free to perform tests and adjust settings according to your filament calibration. Feedback on the assembly of the parts is very welcome to improve the next version!
