After printing the mold/form, gently heat the printed sheet and form it over the ghost mold. Take care not to overheat the plastic — you want the material to become flexible enough to conform to the shape without becoming excessively soft or distorting the details. Tip: A heat gun can work, but move it continuously and heat gradually. An oven or other controlled heating method can provide more even results depending on your setup.
