Your membership also helps support future releases, testing, and new creations.Multi-Part Halloween Skeleton Desk Sculpture Some skeletons rise from the grave to haunt the living.   This little guy apparently just wanted somewhere comfortable to sit. 🎃💀   Bone Appétit: Lounging in the Pumpkin Patch is a whimsical Halloween desk sculpture featuring an adorable wide-eyed skeleton casually relaxing among a pile of pumpkins, fallen autumn leaves, an old stone wall, and rustic wooden fencing.   With one arm draped over a pumpkin and the other resting casually on the stone wall, he looks perfectly content to spend eternity enjoying pumpkin season.   Once fully assembled, the sculpture stands approximately 150 mm tall and makes a fun Halloween display for a desk, shelf, mantel, or seasonal collection. 💀 Just Bones, Pumpkins & Good Vibes I wanted this scene to have the same playful personality as the Mummy's Pumpkin Patch—more cute Halloween than creepy Halloween.   The oversized skull, big dark eyes, relaxed pose, dangling feet, pumpkins, stonework, wooden fence, and scattered autumn leaves create a complete little scene that looks great from multiple angles.   There's even plenty happening around the back of the sculpture, so this isn't a model that only looks finished from the front.   And judging by his pose, this skeleton has absolutely no intention of getting up anytime soon. 🧩 Multi-Part Design This model has been divided into individual components to make printing, coloring, and assembly easier. Glue is required for assembly.   The pieces use corresponding locations wherever possible to help position everything correctly. I recommend adding a small drop of glue to the object before placing the piece for a permanent connection.   Don't overdo the glue—a tiny amount is usually all that's needed.   The separate construction also gives you much more freedom to customize the scene without having to rely on a large multicolor print. 🎨 No AMS Required! One of my favorite things about this model is that an AMS is not required for any part of the sculpture. The major color elements have been separated so they can be printed individually and assembled afterward. That makes this a great project for anyone using a single-filament printer who still wants a colorful finished Halloween display. Of course, if you do have an AMS, there are plenty of opportunities to add even more detail. For example, you could print: Pumpkin bodies and stems in separate colors Different shades throughout the stone wall and base Multiple colors for the autumn leaves Contrasting details on the fence Different bone tones for the skeleton Small accent details throughout the scene Or skip traditional Halloween colors completely and create your own version.   Black pumpkins? Purple leaves? Glow-in-the-dark skeleton?   Absolutely. 🍂 Make the Pumpkin Patch Your Own The model shown uses a classic autumn palette of orange pumpkins, green stems, warm leaves, brown wood, gray stone, and ivory bones, but the separated pieces make this scene especially fun to customize.   Try earthy muted fall colors for a more sophisticated display, bright Halloween colors for something playful, or silk and metallic filaments for a completely different look.   A glow-in-the-dark filament for the skeleton could be especially fun with this one.   Mix, match, experiment, and make your little pumpkin patch completely unique. 🛠️ Assembly Is Part of the Fun This isn't intended to be a one-piece print-and-done model.
