Instax Mini Bubble Frame | All Magnets + Stand

A playful 3D printable photo frame designed specifically for Instax Mini prints, wrapped in a chunky overlapping bubble border inspired by soft, sculptural home decor.   I wanted this to feel less like a typical printed frame and more like a little piece of decor, while still being practical and easy to customize.   The result is a rear-loading Instax Mini frame with interchangeable backplates, so you can stick it to the fridge with magnets or display it on a desk or shelf with a stand. Designed for Instax Mini The frame is sized specifically for standard 54 × 86 mm Instax Mini photos. The photo loads from the rear and is held securely behind the front opening, while the bubbly border keeps the front looking clean and decorative.   The frame features: Chunky overlapping bubble border Rounded, soft-looking proportions Rear-loading photo design Sliding/removable backplate system Magnetic and freestanding display options Support for both single-nozzle and multi-nozzle printers Two Ways to Display It Magnetic Backplate Use the magnetic backplate to turn the frame into a fridge photo frame, magnetic locker frame, magnetic cabinet frame, or other metal-surface display.   The backplate includes recessed magnet pockets and slides into the rear of the frame. Customizable Magnet Size The magnetic backplate is customizable directly in MakerWorld. You can choose the: Magnet diameter Magnet depth So you do not need to use the exact magnets I designed around.   My version uses 6 × 2 mm round magnets, but if you already have another size in your parts bin, simply customize the openings before printing. This also makes the design much easier to reuse without buying specific hardware. Portrait Stand Backplate Prefer a traditional photo frame?   I'm also including a portrait stand version that lets the Instax frame sit upright on a desk, nightstand, shelf, dresser, or other flat surface. Simply choose the backplate that works for where you want to display the frame. Sliding Backplate Design Instead of permanently trapping the photo inside the print, the rear of the frame uses a sliding backplate system. This means you can: Swap photos whenever you want Change between magnetic and stand backplates Print replacement backplates separately Customize the magnet version without reprinting the entire frame The photo itself stays protected behind the front lip while remaining easy to access. Print Profiles Included I've included separate print profiles depending on your printer setup. Single-Nozzle Profile Designed for standard single-nozzle printers. The support settings are tuned specifically for printing the frame and its rear geometry cleanly with one nozzle. Multi-Nozzle Profile Also included is a profile for printers with multiple nozzles/toolheads.
