Descripción
Print a custom T-track runner that fits your specific slot. Measure your track with a caliper, enter four dimensions, and generate a runner sized exactly for your saw, router table, or jig. No more sanding down a loose runner or forcing a tight one. Default values match the Evolution R255TBL+ table saw, but every dimension is adjustable. The model does not add clearance automatically, so what you measure is what you get. If the fit is too tight or too loose, adjust by 0.1-0.2mm and reprint. Two modes The generator has two modes, selectable in the Customizer: Template prints a short test piece (default 20mm) with the same cross-section as the full runner. Print this first, push it into your T-track, and verify the fit before committing filament to the full length. Runner generates the final, full-length piece with screw holes and optional segmentation. T-Track profile The example runner included in the print profiles is sized for the Evolution R255TBL+ table saw with the following default values: bottom_width = 24.30 mm bottom_height = 4.30 mm top_height = 6.00 mm top_width = 19.40 mm Measure each with a caliper accurate to 0.1mm. The diagram shows which dimension is which. Screw holes Holes are drilled from the bottom face so the runner's top surface stays flush with the table. Choose the total number of holes, hole type (countersunk for flat head screws, counterbore for socket/hex head, or plain through hole), and screw size. Metric (M3 through M6) and imperial (#8, #10) sizes are available. End margin controls the distance from each end to the nearest hole. If the standard clearance hole is too loose for your application, use shaft diameter override to set a custom diameter. Leave it at 0 to use the default clearance for your selected screw size. End shape By default the runner ends are square. If your sled or jig needs a smoother entry, switch to rounded ends. The semicircle diameter matches the bottom width of the T-track profile. Choose front only, back only, or both. When using segmentation, rounding applies only to the outer ends of the first and last segment. Segmentation for long runners If your runner is longer than your print bed, split it into segments. Each segment connects to the next with a dovetail joint that drops in from above and locks against lengthwise separation. Set segment count to 2 or more and the generator produces all pieces side by side, ready to print. Start with the default joint clearance of 0.10mm and adjust after if needed. How to use Measure your T-track slot with a caliper and note the four dimensions. Set mode to Template, enter your dimensions, generate and print the short test piece. Test the fit in your real track. Adjust values by 0.1-0.2mm if needed. Once the fit is confirmed, switch mode to Runner. Set the desired length, number of screw holes, hole type and screw size. If the runner exceeds your bed size, increase segment count. Generate and print. Print hints Print flat, bottom face down. No supports needed for countersunk and through hole types. If you use counterbore (hex socket) holes, enable supports for the hex pockets on the bottom face. A basic print profile is included. Generate your runner and download the STL (or save the STL from the generated 3MF). Open the print profile in Bambu Studio, then drag your STL into it. Update 2026-08-23: v6. Fixed hex counterbore pockets being undersized (OpenSCAD vertex-to-vertex vs across-flats, added 0.3mm clearance for FDM fit). Added shaft diameter override (leave at 0 for standard clearance, set custom value for tighter or looser fit). Added rounded end option (square, rounded front, rounded both, rounded back).
