The bracket features a reinforced outer frame and strategically placed internal ribs that significantly increase its stiffness and load-bearing capability. The geometry was designed to provide a strong, rigid connection while keeping the part compact and clean-looking. The reinforced geometry provides high strength and resistance to bending, making the bracket suitable for applications where a simple thin corner connector would not be enough. The design also keeps the load-bearing structure compact, avoiding unnecessary material while maintaining a solid and rigid construction. 🖨️ 3D Printing The model was designed specifically for FDM 3D printing and requires only small supports in selected areas. Recommended starting settings: Layer height: 0.20 mm Nozzle: 0.4 mm Walls: 4–5+ Infill: 15–25% depending on the intended load Material: PETG or ASA For maximum strength, use more walls and a higher infill percentage rather than relying only on infill density.
