Descripción
Shoulderarmor - Kirin Tor Mage Channel the arcane mastery of Dalaran with this highly detailed shoulder armor, directly inspired by the legendary Kirin Tor mages from World of Warcraft! Whether you are putting together a full cosplay, looking for a striking display piece, or upgrading your fantasy armor sets, this pauldron brings the magic to life. About the Design This model was sculpted with a heavy focus on high-fantasy detailing. It features deep-cut arcane runes, sweeping magical filigree, and prominent settings designed for large spell-gems. The Finished Look: As seen in image_1 (1).png, the armor looks absolutely incredible once fully painted. Using metallic weathering and vivid blue gem accents really makes the ornate trim and magical runes pop. The Raw Print: You can see the unpainted, raw 3D print in 1000045070.jpg. This gives you a great idea of the scale, the layered plate structure, and how it rests naturally against the shoulder right off the build plate. Printing Recommendations Supports: Yes, supports are required. Because of the curved, bowl-like shape of the shoulder and the layered armor plates, tree/organic supports are highly recommended. They will save material and make removal much easier. Infill: 10% to 15% is usually perfect. You want to keep cosplay pieces as lightweight as possible while retaining enough structural strength. ⚠️ A Note on Future Designs ⚠️ Thank you for checking out this model! I want to let everyone know that I am going to be making and trying to print even more complex armor pieces in the near future. Because these upcoming designs will be pushing the limits with intricate details, extreme curves, and challenging overhangs, there is a possibility that they might fail for some users depending on their printer calibration. Please keep your settings dialed in, use supports wisely, and be aware of the challenge as we move on to these advanced builds! Happy printing!
