Standalone LED Key Switch

Description The Standalone LED Key Switch is a compact 3D-printed key switch module designed to add a simple LED lighting function without requiring an external power supply. The module uses a CR1220 coin cell battery as its power source, making it suitable for custom clickers, keyrings, interactive 3D prints, decorative projects, and other small DIY creations. The printed housing is designed to work with a standard MX-style mechanical key switch and provides a simple way to integrate an LED and coin cell battery into your own projects. Connect the LED to the Key Switch Insert the LED into the Key Switch. 2. Bend the Negative (-) Lead Bend the negative (-) lead of the LED so that it makes contact with the corresponding electrode of the Key Switch. 3. Install the Printed Model Insert the printed model into the Key Switch, aligning it with the holes. 4. Bend the Positive (+) Lead Bend the positive (+) lead of the LED as shown in the assembly image. 5. Insert the CR1220 Battery Insert the CR1220 coin cell battery into the battery holder. After assembly, press the Key Switch to activate the LED.   Printing Support: Not required Print the parts in the orientation provided by the model. The housing can be printed in different colors to create various visual effects.
