Modular Tiered Organizer Trays

I wanted a tiered, modular, and modern EDC catchall to declutter my nightstand, but then my wife started using an early prototype to keep bits and pieces organized for her craft projects.  Her old parts tray had a huge footprint forcing her to put away the pieces between projects or leave her workspace cluttered. Now she can stack these up and hit pause anytime and they still remain accessible.  In the end I created some smaller sizes and tweaked the design with a sloped front to make it easier to scoop small parts out of the trays, so now there are two different styles and three sizes.    Highlights: Slide-in interlocking trays via a rail support system I designed from scratch. Two main sizes (widths) with 3 tiers each + 70x70m mini stackers for tiny parts. Two interchangeable styles: Straight front w vertical ribs + sloped front w horizonal ribs. Dual Color models for each style with .1mm air gap to separate outer wall texture from inner walls No supports, all angles are 45deg or less.   If anyone wants any different sizing or height variations let me know.  The profiles break down like this: [Single Color] or [Dual Color]Vertical Ribs (straight front) or Horizontal Ribs (sloped front)Large: 150xmm widthBase - 150mm length Middle - 105mm (stack multiples) Top: 65mm  Small: 90mm widthBase - 135mm length Middle - 100mm (stack multiples) Top - 65mm  Mini Stackers70x70mm Stack as many as you want   The profiles are tweaked and optimized, especially the dual color which actually have a .1mm air gap in the walls specifically for dual color printing to prevent exterior wall texture from seeping through to the interior.  Do not print them in single color, they take a lot longer.  I recommend matte PLA or PETG CF/GF for the best finish.  Turning off your aux fan also helps with texture transition lines.   If you enjoy this model, please consider giving it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating and uploading a picture of your build or desk setup.
