Desk Recycling Bin - Adjustable Clamp-On

This is a clamp-on recycling bin for a desk, shelf, or workbench edge. One printed thumbscrew clamps to surfaces from 10 mm to 40 mm thick. The bin attaches to the bracket with a tapered, cone-shaped dovetail. Instead of lining up a straight dovetail by eye, the taper centers the bin as it slides on. To empty it, lift the bin straight up and off; the bracket stays clamped to the desk. Three parts total: bin, bracket, and screw. No metal hardware. Print the bin, bracket, and screw. 2. Thread the screw into the bracket. 3. Clamp the bracket on the desk edge and hand-tighten the screw against the underside. Snug is enough. Don't overtighten. 4. Line up the bin's dovetail slot with the bracket's rail and slide down. The taper centers it. 5. To empty, lift the bin straight up and off.
