Thank you! 🙌🌈 RGB Lighting Effect RGB lights completely transform this model as they slowly change colour. Each colour reveals the wing texture differently, giving the bat an eerie animated appearance without any visible wires or lighting hardware from the front. The compact Bambu Lab RGB lights I used are smaller than standard LED tealights. Because it prints standing in its display position, there is no difficult support cleanup required after printing. Remove it from the build plate, add your preferred finish and hang it on the wall. Printing time may vary depending on your printer and chosen settings. 🎨 Print and Finish I printed mine in white PLA so the LED light could travel through the body and wing membranes. I then applied a simple black wash over the surface. The wash settles around the bones, facial features and wing texture while leaving the membranes light enough to glow. For the strongest lighting effect: Use white or natural PLA Avoid very dark or highly opaque filament Keep the wash light across the wing membranes Apply more wash around the face, feet and raised bones Test the glow before adding additional coats 🦇 Prefer the Original Version?
