Pencil (or Straw) Dispenser Press Down Style

My wife and I are teachers. She teaches high school english and has gone back to 100% handwritten essays to combat all the ai slop students try to turn in. She saw a video of a library with a press down straw dispenser and wanted one for her classroom.    This was a fun weekend project. Its not as polished as I'd have liked, but it works pretty well.    Caveats/Things to Keep in Mind You'll need some double sided cusion tape to hold the presser mechanism in place. I never got around to designing an intergrateds solution.  I found that once I added more than 15 or so pencils it started to jam a bit.  I've included my Fusion CAD files. There are no paramters set up and the timeline is a bit messy. I hadn't really expected to share the CAD files, but a few people on reddit have requested them.
