Pinhole Solar Projector-(SafeSun Eclipse Viewer)

Description This pinhole projector is designed for the safe, direct observation of solar eclipses and sunspots. By projecting the image onto an internal screen, it allows you to view the Sun without looking at it directly, protecting your eyes. Assembly Order: 1. Projection Screen (Internal target) 2. Tube Front (Viewport) 3. Extension Module (Optional: A longer tube creates a larger and clearer image. You can stack as many modules as you want) 4. Tube Back Assembly & Usage Instructions: 1. Assembly: Connect all printed sections together using the printed connecting pegs. 2. Color Choice: For the best contrast, print the main tube body in black (to block out stray light) and the Projection Screen in white. If you don't have white filament, you can stick a small piece of white paper onto the screen. 3. Pinhole Setup: Cover the small front ring opening with aluminum foil, press the Centering Ring over it to hold it secure and flat, and pierce a tiny hole in the center using a thin needle. Then remove the ring. 4. Viewing: Go outside, turn your back toward the Sun, and align the projector over your shoulder. Finding the exact angle might take a few seconds of adjusting, but once aligned, you will see a sharp image of the Sun on the internal screen!
