All-in-One Low Profile Garden Hose Spray Nozzle

A simple print-in-place garden hose nozzle designed to print as a single piece with no supports, and no assembly required. Once printed, simply twist the nozzle to break free and the mechanism is ready to use. The nozzle has three positions controlled by rotating the front section: Off – shuts off the water flow (Note! it will drizzle a bit; was avoiding additional gaskets/complexity) Fan Spray / Watering – wider spray pattern for plants, gardens and general watering Jet – concentrated stream for rinsing and cleaning The nozzle uses a direct female-thread hose connection, with no additional adapter required. Two thread versions are included, GSP and BSP. At this time, only the GSP version has been physically tested, so the BSP version is provided as an alternative but should be considered unverified. Gasket A printable TPU hose gasket is included and fits inside the nozzle before threading it onto the hose. A regular off-the-shelf garden hose gasket can also be used. Printing The nozzle was designed and tested in PETG. Matte black HF PETG produced the best results during testing and didn't bind, although other PETG colors also worked well.   Dry your filament before printing. This is particularly important for this model because the print-in-place clearances and internal moving surfaces need a clean, consistent print to avoid any binding.   After printing: Twist the outer nozzle body to break the internal supports free. Confirm the mechanism rotates easily to ensure all 3 operating positions. Insert the hose gasket into the end of the nozzle. A TPU version is provided to print inside the 3mf.  Thread the hose directly into the nozzle hand tight. Turn on the water and test each position.Variations in printers/materials/layer heights may change operating conditions.  No screws, springs, hardware, or separate nozzle assembly required.   Print it. Twist it. Insert gasket. Thread it onto the hose. Water on. Spray!
