SINGLE-HAND BOTTLE CAP LAUNCHER It’s finally here — the new and improved version of the popular Single-Hand Bottle Cap Shooter.  Opening a bottle has never been this much fun. This little gadget gives you a satisfying loud pop every time, without needing years of practice to get it right. Simple, fun, and guaranteed to make opening a bottle more entertaining.   Improvements: Fully 3D Printable Reinforced Geometry Increased Durability Improved Design More Comfortable Grip Replaceable Lever Tip Optional: Lever spring Have fun with it! Warning: Bottle caps are normally ejected upward. However, their trajectory may also deviate to the side. Therefore, do not point the bottle toward yourself or other people while using the opener, as the bottle cap could be launched in your direction. Bottle caps can be ejected at high speed and may travel a considerable distance. Always be mindful of your own safety and the safety of those around you. Keep your fingers clear of moving parts to avoid pinch injuries. Use at your own risk. IMPORTANT INFORMATION  This bottle opener is not a decoration — it’s a functional tool that has to handle force when opening a bottle.  I spent a lot of time testing and refining the design to make it as strong and reliable as possible.   However, its performance can be affected by many factors, like the filament brand, bottle manufacturer, drink temperature, printing process, how the opener is used, and more. I’m trying to make sure the opener works perfectly for as many users as possible. Unfortunately, that won’t be the case for everyone, since there are many factors I can’t control. In any case, I’ll do my best to help if you run into any problems — just reach out. BOTTLE SHAPES Before printing, check which version fits your bottle. Currently, print profiles are available for German, Corona, Modelo, and Pilsner Urquell bottles. Heineken bottles will follow immediately. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, just ask me. ASSAMBLY Press the tip into the lever. (Pliers can help.) Optional: Slide the spring into the opening. Attach the lever to the base. Spring against the pin. Put the cover on and press down. Push the lever down until it clicks into the cover. Tighten the nut. USAGE Place the opener on the side of the bottle and push the lever down firmly. The faster the cap flies off, the louder the pop. PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS Make sure your build plate is clean before printing, or use a glue stick if you’re having trouble with bed adhesion.   This model was printed and tested with PLA, PETG, and PA6-CF, So you can choose whichever material works best for you.   Layer Hight: 0.2 mm Total weight: approx. 45 g Total print time:  Single Color: approx. 1.5 hours on one build plate Two Color: approx. 2 hours on two build plates Base 12 walls 35 bottom shell layers 15 top shell layers 50% gyroid infill Print the overhangs with 10mm/s Lever 5 walls 10 bottom shell layers 10 top shell layers 20% gyroid infill Lever Pin Material: The stronger, the better.
