Bestway Pool Ladder Wooden Step Mount

Custom support brackets designed to mount a wooden platform/step onto Bestway pool ladders (fits the standard 30 mm x 3 mm metal flat bar profile). Hardware Required (per bracket): 1x M4 Heat-set Threaded Insert (Outer diameter: 6 mm). 1x M4 Socket Head Cap Screw (Classic round head — avoid countersunk). 1x Wood screw for the top pre-hole to secure the wooden board. Print & Assembly Notes: Insert Hole Tolerance: The bottom hole is designed at 5 mm for a snug fit with a 6 mm OD insert. It will require a slightly firmer push with the soldering iron during heat insertion, but it creates a very solid bond. Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS (Do NOT use PLA: it will degrade quickly under UV light, heat, and outdoor exposure). Walls/Perimeters: 4–5 walls for structural integrity. Infill: 35%+ (Gyroid recommended).
