🚀 Pool Torpedo (Fully Customizable!) Get ready for summer with this fun, easy-to-print pool torpedo! Designed to glide smoothly underwater, this toy features a sleek body, stabilizing fins, and a simple 3-piece design that screws together perfectly. ✨ Features Control How It Sinks (Custom Buoyancy!): The torpedo has two separate hollow spaces inside (one in the nose piece, and one in the main body). You can leave them empty so it floats, or fill them with water, sand, or pebbles before screwing it shut. Add weight to just the nose to make it dive fast, or balance it out to make it glide! Smart Scaling: Want to make it smaller or bigger? Just use the scale slider! The body will change size, but the customizer protects the screw threads so they always fit perfectly together. The walls also stay strong and thick, no matter how small you make it. Endless Designs: Play with the advanced settings to change the number of fins, the shape of the body, or how long the torpedo is. 🎛️ How to Customize I designed this to be super easy for anyone to use, even if you are new to 3D printing! For Everyday Users (Basic Settings): Scale_Percentage: Just drag this slider! 100 is the normal size. Slide it down for a mini version, or up for a giant one. For Advanced Makers (Advanced Settings): Click the "Advanced" drop-down menus if you want to completely redesign the toy: Make it longer, shorter, or thicker. Change the number of fins (from 2 up to 6!), or make them wider. Tweak the exact wall thickness or thread sizes. 🖨️ Print Tips Because this model can be customized into so many different shapes, follow these printing tips for the best results: Make sure to enable support! Support is needed for the fins. (less than 1g). Control the Infills: The infill settings in your slicer are a great way to change how the toy behaves in the water! A lower infill (like 10-15%) keeps the plastic parts light so it floats easily. A high infill (like 50-100%) makes the toy heavy so it sinks.
