Descripción
A slide-in fin mounting trolley for SUP. I printed the main frame from PETG. Two pads of additional supports for the board are attached to it to prevent breaking the keel mounting with the wheel-stay. These pads are printed from TPU, but another plastic can be used. The pads are attached with flat-head screws 2.6 mm in diameter. For wheels I used 180 mm scooter wheels, but you can also use other wheels with standard bearings of 608 type. In addition to the wheels you will need: An 8 mm diameter threaded rod Two M8 nuts Two flanged nuts (or lock nuts) M8 Two M8 washers A 10 × 1 mm tube 6 flat-head screws 2.6 × 10 mm Assembly: Cut the threaded rod to the required length. Cut four pieces of tube — two pieces for internal inserts between the side and central posts, and two pieces for external inserts between the side posts and the wheels. Insert the M8 nuts into the corresponding slots on the inner side of the side posts. Screw in the threaded rod so that the protruding ends on both sides are of equal length. As you screw the rod into the post, slide the inner tube segments onto it. Slide the M8 washers onto the rod, then the outer tube segments. Put the wheels on. Tighten the outer nuts. Attach the top TPU pads with screws. Use it.
