Lazy River Legends — Interchangeable Character Set

Lazy River Legends!  Next on my list of mini-series is something I've been working and test printing for the last couple of weeks and am VERY Excited to finnaly share - Lazy River Legends! The idea behind this series was to make a fun, modular design of some common masked superheros on vacation… but.. these floaters actually needed to.. well.. float!  After a few design iterations and infill tests I landed on a model that achieves everything I set out to achieve!    Each character uses the same universal floater body and tube base, while the heads can be printed separately and swapped whenever you feel like changing the crew. Build your favorite lineup, mix and match the masks, or create a completely unexpected crossover for your shelf, desk, bathroom, or summer display.   Print one relaxed floater or assemble an entire lazy-river squad. With interchangeable heads and a shared body design, expanding the collection is quick, easy, and perfect for multicolor printing. Because behind every intimidating mask is someone who just wants to sit back, soak up the sun, and float for a while. Choose your mask. Grab a tube. Join the Lazy River Legends!  The Print Profiles Each print profile includes a couple of things - A color version of the Tube and Head, as well as a Single Color version of each for those that want to paint themselves or don't care to wait for the long AMS print times (all color models are AMS capable and only have 4 colors, but it is ideal to print on H2C, or at least an h2d or x2d printers to save time/filament).    I have included the complete character set/float in each profile so the folks that print from their phone - please note that if you just want to print a single tube and multiple heads you will just need to print the appropriate build plate from each loaded profile.  At the time of the upload I am targeting a list of 9 different characters, and depending on interest/requests I will continue expanding the set in the future! User Instructions Please note that even though the model is enclosed, PLA material is water permeable which means that after extended use in water these WILL have seep inside. From fload testing, I did not see any significant water infiltration until the models soaked for about 2 hours (at which time it still continued to float, you could just hear the water inside when shaking the model).  Due to this, after use in water I recommend setting the model set out on a towel/drying matt for an hour or two to let the water leave the model.          disclaimer* - The main images have clearly been photoshoped to include the fun product photography/water effects. All models in the images are 100% real and have been rigorously test printed and adjusted to ensure they can all be printed with no issues.
