Description Venom Snake Arm Inspired Cosplay Prop (Metal Gear Solid V) A highly detailed 3D-printable replica inspired by Venom Snake's iconic prosthetic arm from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. This wearable prop was designed entirely from scratch by me (IT TOOK ME 15+ Hours), using the official collectible replica as the primary reference to achieve accurate proportions and mechanical details. The result is a convention-friendly prop that balances screen accuracy, durability, and ease of printing. Designed for cosplay, display, photography props, and Metal Gear fans, the model features articulated fingers, a comfortable forearm mounting system, and a lightweight construction suitable for long convention days and photoshoots.   Features Completely original 3D model created from scratch Based on references from the official Venom Snake Arm Multi-part design for easy printing and assembly Fully wearable Articulated fingers with movable joints Optimized for FDM 3D printers Accurate proportions inspired by the original design Clean surfaces for easy sanding, painting, and weathering Ideal for cosplay, display, and prop photography Printing & Assembly Recommendations Layer height: 0.16–0.20 mm Nozzle: 0.4 mm for most parts 0.2 mm nozzle is highly recommended for the upper hand plate with the engraved text to achieve the cleanest lettering. Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS Supports recommended for finger components and overhangs Print all parts separately before assembly Test-fit all moving parts before final finishing Sanding, priming, and metallic paint are recommended for the most realistic finish Forearm Assembly The forearm can be permanently glued together for the simplest assembly. Alternatively, I designed built-in slots for magnets, allowing the forearm to be easily opened for maintenance or transport. Magnet size: 8 × 2 mm Quantity required: 4 magnets Four magnets provide more than enough holding strength for normal cosplay use. Photos The listing photos show a fully assembled and painted example printed from the included files. The example was finished with metallic red paint, black details, and light weathering to match the appearance of the in-game prosthetic arm.
