Library Lantern – Mini Bookshelf Lamp

Easy-to-print decorative hanging lantern for bookshelves to place between books. It has space for a mini LED light at the bottom. Besides the standard print profile, I also made a profile for the A1 Mini. In this profile, the stand is split in two with a dovetail and can be easily glued together.   Instructions (see photos too): • Print the parts and remove the supports on the black lamp. This is simple and requires no tools. • Put glue in the notch of the lamp cover • Then first place the white (or transparent) lampshade on the cover and then slide the black part over it. Press well into the glue • At the bottom of the lamp, a mini LED can be slid in until it fits snugly. The battery holder is still accessible for turning on/off or replacing batteries • Attach the “chain” to the holder and the lamp. The rings have a notch that easily slides over the stand and the lamp.   NOTES This my first version of the booknook lamp. In next version I want to make a real chain.  Because I have no A1 Mini, I couldn't make a test print.
