BC-250 Minimalistic Case SFX PSU

Hey everyone, after way too many weeks (honestly… months) of modeling, test-printing, failed attempts, and constant tweaking, I’ve finally finished my custom case for the BC250 board! My goal was to create something super clean and minimalist, but still feel like a proper small desktop PC you can actually use comfortably. I also specifically designed it around an SFX PSU for better noise levels and improved thermals. Features Magnet-mounted panels for quick and easy access Integrated USB hub inside Fully implemented u/iamdarkyoshi PSU switch mod (proper power on/off like a normal PC) Direct power/LED pin mod on the board for a clean setup Full SFX PSU compatibility Minimalist design with a transparent side bar, which can get lit up (powered by 5V/GND from PSU) Removed stock heatsink → using Thermalright AXP120 + Noctua 120mm fan + additional 90mm front fan NVMe cooler + added VRM heatsinks Right side slim 12mm fan support Front 90mm fan support This project definitely took more time (and nerves 😅) than expected, but I’m really happy with how it turned out. Printing Notes Main Corpus/Construction should be printed in PETG Use tree supports (auto) and I recommend an outer brim Designed for larger printers → side panels can be printed in one piece (PLA works well) I also made a version for Bambu A1, but that one may still need some testing Light Bar needs to be printed in white and then glued in place Pins you need 4x and also threaded inserts 4mm The Light Bar Cover, print in Side Panel Color, and aswell the USB Hub Bracket Holder Additional Parts Needed 40× 10x2mm neodymium magnets Optional: Thermalright AXP120 (stock cooler should also fit) Momentary power switch USB-A extension USB hub (same version as used in build https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0FR4G1RMZ) 180° USB adapter 1× 90mm fan + 2× 120mm low-profile fans LED COB Light Strip 5V License / Usage This design is shared for personal use only. ❌ Do not re-upload, redistribute, or mirror these files ❌ Do not modify and publish as your own work ❌ Do not sell prints or derivatives of this design ❌ Do not include this design in any commercial bundles or listings If you want to share it, please link to the original bambu page instead.
