Size the Body Set the height, then define the outside using either radial wall thickness or a fixed outer diameter. Add an optional taper toward the top.   2. Choose the Fastener Select a metric size from M2 to M24, a UTS size from #2 to 7/8", or choose Custom and enter the finished hole diameter.   3. Size the Fit Choose Fine, Medium, or Coarse clearance. Metric presets follow ISO 273; imperial presets use ASME B18.2.8 values.   4. Add Functional Details Chamfer or round the inner, outer, or all edges. Add a countersink, counterbore, bottom flange, or side opening for a C-shaped spacer. ⭐ Features Metric and Imperial Fastener Presets Standardized clearance holes for common ISO metric and UTS fasteners.
