Looking for Spacers or Standoffs? Look no further. SpacerGenerator is a fully parametric OpenSCAD generator for creating spacers, standoffs, bushings, sleeves, and washer-like parts for both metric and UTS fasteners. Choose from standardized clearance-hole presets or enter a custom size, then tailor the body with adjustable height, wall thickness, taper, edge treatments, recesses, flanges, and side openings. From simple M3 spacers to tall standoffs, flanged bushings, and imperial hardware fits, the generator covers a wide range of practical mounting and spacing needs. Click Customize to open the generator. 🚀 Quick Start 1. Size the Body Set the height, then define the outside using either radial wall thickness or a fixed outer diameter. Add an optional taper toward the top. 2. Choose the Fastener Select a metric size from M2 to M24, a UTS size from #2 to 7/8", or choose Custom and enter the finished hole diameter. 3. Size the Fit Choose Fine, Medium, or Coarse clearance. Metric presets follow ISO 273; imperial presets use ASME B18.2.8 values. 4. Add Functional Details Chamfer or round the inner, outer, or all edges. Add a countersink, counterbore, bottom flange, or side opening for a C-shaped spacer. ⭐ Features Metric and Imperial Fastener Presets Standardized clearance holes for common ISO metric and UTS fasteners. Flexible Body Sizing Size the body by radial wall thickness or a fixed outside diameter. Edge and Hole Finishing Square, chamfered, or rounded edges with optional countersunk and counterbored holes. Expanded Part Styles Create flanged bushings, tapered sleeves, tall standoffs, thin washers, and open-sided spacers. ℹ️ Notes For additional guidance and troubleshooting, see the Frequently Asked Questions attached to this post.
