Snapmaker U1 Auxiliary Fan Deflector

Snapmaker U1 Auxiliary Fan Deflector I designed this deflector because I noticed the stock auxiliary airflow on the Snapmaker U1 is not very even. After adding the enclosure, some of my TPU prints started to suffer a bit more, and it became clear that the original airflow mostly hits only part of the bed. Some areas, especially on the left side, get very little airflow. This deflector helps spread the air much more evenly across the build area. Included versions Smooth A softer version that redirects part of the airflow for a more balanced result. Aggressive A stronger version that pushes more air toward the sides. Recommended material I printed mine in PETG-CF. I recommend using a more heat-resistant material such as: PETG PETG-CF ABS ASA I also recommend printing it in black if possible, since the U1’s detection system may react better to darker parts. Why I made it This was designed mainly to improve airflow distribution inside the enclosure, especially for TPU printing. Result Simple mod, but it made a noticeable difference in how the auxiliary airflow is distributed inside the U1. Start with a low Auxiliary Fan speed and adjust from there depending on the material and the version you choose.
