Türstopper - Hält die Tür, bis du ihn trittst!

It’s not uncommon for a stiff breeze to blow through an open patio door, causing doors to slam shut. Meanwhile, a little one might be crawling on the floor, finding the door fascinating—only to quickly get their fingers caught in the hinge or the gap at the bottom. Or perhaps you just want the door to stay open while carrying dishes back and forth between the kitchen and dining room.   The stopper is 3 millimeters high, so you need at least that much clearance—plus the thickness of the adhesive—under your door.   That’s why I designed this great door stopper. It attaches at the spot where you want the door to stay open (using double-sided tape, hot glue, etc., or two screws; both versions are pre-sliced). When you move the door over the stopper, the raised section prevents it from swinging back. The door can only be closed or moved again once you press that raised part down—either by hand or with your foot. In our case, this ensures safety, as our baby can't simply move the door and get their fingers trapped while exploring the house. While similar solutions exist, I focused on keeping this design simple, ensuring the curves are just right, and making it durable enough not to break—provided it’s used properly and not handled roughly.   Please make sure to print the door stopper using PETG so it functions optimally and doesn't break. PLA is too rigid to withstand the constant up-and-down movement or the stress of a door being pulled shut with a bit of force.   Enjoy the product—feel free to leave a boost and give me some feedback!
