Miter Gauge with Custom T-Track Runner

Measure your T-track, customize the runner, print and assemble a full miter gauge that actually fits your saw. No more wobbly stock gauges with sloppy side play.   This is a complete, fully 3D-printed miter gauge system with a customizable T-track runner, adjustable fence, two-color angle scale (0 to 60 degrees both sides), ergonomic locking knob and a runner lock for repeatable positioning. The runner uses MakerWorld's built-in customizer, so you can dial in the exact cross-section of your T-track (check the description below) and get a snug, zero-play fit on any table saw, band saw or router table.   Designed and tested on an Evolution R255TBL+ table saw. All print settings are pre-configured.   "Customize" opens the parametric runner generator. Enter your T-track measurements (top_width, bottom_width, top_height, bottom_height), generate an STL, then either add it as a new plate in Bambu Studio or replace the example runner plate (plate 06) with your custom runner.     Important: measure your T-track before printing the runner!   The example runner included in the print profiles is sized for the Evolution R255TBL+ table saw with the following default values:   bottom_width = 24.30 mm bottom_height = 4.30 mm top_height = 6.00 mm top_width = 19.40 mm     Your saw almost certainly has different slot dimensions. Use the Customize button to adjust these four parameters to match your specific T-track. A caliper measurement accurate to 0.1mm will give you the best fit.     Printed parts (6 plates) 01 - Scale (two-color, no AMS needed, print in contrasting colors)  02 - Base (main mitre gauge body)  03 - Knob (large locking knob + cap)  04 - Small knobs + pivot cap + scale bolts (all small parts on one plate)  05 - Fence  06 - Example runner (customize before printing)     Assembly   1) Measure your T-track slot dimensions and customize the runner model (top_width, bottom_width, top_height, bottom_height). Use the included example runner as a reference for print settings.2) Insert 3x M6 nuts into the runner slots (from the bottom).3) Align the scale with the cutout on the base, press the locating tabs in. The scale should hold on its own. Optionally apply CA glue for extra security.  4) Place the base onto the runner. Insert the pivot bolt (M6 x 25mm hex head) through the boss into the runner nut. The hole is intentionally tight to eliminate play, you may need to screw the bolt in rather than push it through. Press the cap onto the bolt head.5) Insert the M6 x 45mm bolt from the top of the large knob (push through the hex channel, use a screwdriver to press it down). Place the M6 washer (min 10mm diameter) onto the bolt shaft from the bottom. Pass through the arc slot and tighten into the runner nut with moderate force. Press the cap onto the top of the knob.6) Press 2x M6 x 35mm bolts into the fence holes (press-fit).7) Insert an M6 nut into each of the two small fence knobs, close with caps.  8) Slide the fence bolts through the slots in the base, thread the small knobs onto the bolts.9) Insert the M6 x 25mm bolt into the runner lock knob, place the spring (recommended) onto the bolt shaft, screw the assembly into the nut at the end of the runner. Press the cap onto the knob.      Using it Loosen the large knob, set your angle using the scale markings, tighten the knob. The runner lock at the end of the bar lets you fix the gauge position along the T-track. For repeatable cuts, tighten the runner lock once you find your position, then only adjust the angle knob between cuts.     Print hints Material: PLA works well. PETG is fine if you want extra durability. The base prints flat.  The large knob prints vertically with a brim. The scale is a separate print in a contrasting color (white scale on dark base or vice versa). No AMS needed, just filament swap in the middle.
