Designed to be modular, customizable, and durable: the comb heads are interchangeable via a printed thumb screw to quickly swap between different fin pitches. 📐 Included Fin Pitches (6 Print Plates) The comb file includes 6 separate print plates, each clearly embossed with its corresponding fin pitch size: 1.6 mm pitch 1.8 mm pitch 2.1 mm pitch 2.3 mm pitch 2.5 mm pitch 3.2 mm pitch 🧵 Material Recommendations (IMPORTANT) For maximum durability and functionality, use two different materials: HANDLE ➔ PETG:PETG provides the ideal mechanical strength and flexibility required for the handle to absorb bending stress while pulling across the fin pack. COMB HEADS & SCREW ➔ PLA:Do NOT print the comb heads in PETG! PETG teeth are too soft and flexible to straighten aluminum. Layer Height: 0.16 mm Wall Loops: 3 Top Shells: 3 layers / Bottom Shells: 4 layers Infill: 15% Gyroid Supports: None required 🔧 Assembly Select the comb head matching your heat exchanger's fin pitch. Insert the head into the handle slot. Hand-tighten the PLA thumb screw until secure. No extra metal hardware needed!
