Top-Entry Bottle Holder – 6 Sizes - B-RAIL System

This is a new version of the original Bottle Holder, featuring a design inspired by the Side-Entry Bottle Holder.   Some users mentioned that the sloped bottom surface of the original design could be difficult to print cleanly. This new version eliminates that slope, making it easier to achieve a smooth finish and improving overall print quality. If you prefer the original Bottle Holder design, it is still available here.   This release also introduces six bottle size options, optional elastic retention hooks, and both PLA and PETG print profiles. 1. Six Bottle Size Options The holder is now available in six internal diameters to fit a much wider range of bottles: Size A: 59 mm ID – fits bottles with a diameter of 60–65 mm Size B: 64 mm ID – fits bottles with a diameter of 65–70 mm Size C: 69 mm ID – fits bottles with a diameter of 70–75 mm (standard cycling water bottle) Size D: 74 mm ID – fits bottles with a diameter of 75–80 mm Size E: 79 mm ID – fits bottles with a diameter of 80–85 mm Size F: 84 mm ID – fits bottles with a diameter of 85–90 mm For 1 L Nalgene bottles (89 mm diameter): I recommend using the dedicated Nalgene Bottle Holder instead. This holder is intentionally slimmer and may not provide enough strength to safely support the extra weight of a full 1 L bottle.   Note: When using the larger sizes (79 mm and up) with heavy bottles, use caution on rough gravel or mountain bike trails, especially when the bottle is mounted in a fully vertical position. Positioning the bottle at an angle will significantly reduce the load on the holder and improve its resistance to impacts. 2. Optional Elastic Retention Hook Each size is also available in a second print profile featuring two integrated hooks for an elastic retention strap. This provides additional bottle security during rough rides, jumps, or off-road riding while remaining completely optional. 3. PLA and PETG Versions Print profiles are available in both PLA and PETG, allowing you to choose the material directly from your phone J About the B-RAIL System The B-RAIL System uses a mounting rail that attaches to the standard bottle cage mounts found on most bikes.
