Descripción

The Laziest of Susans A lazy Susan that takes the “lazy” part very seriously.   This 8-inch rotating platform spins smoothly and easily, but it does not keep coasting forever after you let go. Give it a push, turn it exactly where you need it, and it generally stays there instead of slowly drifting away.   The design uses four standard 608 bearings to support the rotating platform and keep the movement smooth and stable.   It works well for: Organizing bottles, jars, spices, paints, or hobby supplies Displaying models or collectibles Reaching items stored toward the back of a shelf or cabinet Any situation where you need something to rotate without turning it into a carnival ride Size Approximately 8 inches in diameter Required Hardware 4 × 608 bearings Assembly Press the four 608 bearings onto their designated locations, then fit the upper and lower sections together. Depending on your printer tolerances, the bearings may require firm, even pressure to seat completely. The completed platform should rotate easily by hand while having enough natural resistance that it does not continue spinning much after you release it. It may not be the fastest lazy Susan. It may not be the most energetic lazy Susan. But it gets the job done—eventually.   Boost MeIf you like my models, leave me a boost! It helps me get more filament to test more things :)
