👽 THEM 1947 Disclosure Alien Greys – THE OBSERVER (3 Foot Edition) Some things are better left unseen... unfortunately, THE OBSERVER didn't get that memo. Standing an impressive 3 feet tall, THE OBSERVER is the largest member of the THEM 1947 Disclosure Alien Greys collection. Towering over the rest of the series, this life-sized display piece is guaranteed to turn heads, start conversations, and make your neighbors question whether they should be checking the skies a little more often. Designed with the classic Grey alien appearance in mind, THE OBSERVER features an oversized cranium, deep black eyes, an unnaturally slender body, and a slow, unsettling stance that makes it feel like it's quietly studying everyone around it. Whether displayed indoors, on your porch for Halloween, in a haunted house, or standing watch over your yard, this alien has an uncanny ability to make people stop and stare. Now... before anyone points it out... yes, he only has three toes on one foot. That's because aliens can get diabetes too. We don't judge around here. 😄 🛸 Model Information Approximately 3 feet (36") tall when assembled 7 build plates for the complete alien Optional display stand: 4 additional build plates for extra stability if you plan to display him outdoors or in high-traffic areas 1122.29g of Grey Filament for the Alien 29.83g of Black Filament for the Alien 420.91g of Black Filament for the Base 🖨️ Print Recommendations (MAKE SURE SUPPORTS ARE TURNED ON) While the prototype was successfully tested using KINGROON filament, I strongly recommend printing this model with Bambu Lab filament on a Bambu Grey Cool Plate. During testing, the Bambu filament consistently produced: Cleaner surface finish Better dimensional accuracy Less noticeable seams on glued joints More forgiving connector tolerances during assembly During testing, PLA KINGROON filament was printed using the standard textured build plate, while PLA Bambu filament was printed on the Bambu Grey Cool Plate. The Bambu combination consistently produced better print quality, smoother mating surfaces, and less noticeable seams after assembly. I also found that the Bambu parts were much more forgiving during test fitting. With the KINGROON prints, the connector tolerances were noticeably tighter, making assembly more difficult. If a part needed to be disassembled for adjustment, the connectors were much more susceptible to breaking. In many cases, you only had one chance to get the fit right before risking damage to the connector. The Bambu filament provided a better balance of strength and fit, making assembly considerably easier and more reliable. I also printed these with a Bambu P2S and the heads using a H2C and X2D 🔧 Assembly Assembly is straightforward using the keyed connectors. Dry-fitting each section before gluing is highly recommended to ensure proper alignment. Taking your time during assembly will reward you with an impressive display piece that looks like it walked straight out of a 1947 government file. 👽 Complete Your THEM 1947 Disclosure Alien Greys Collection Explore the rest of the series and bring the entire THEM 1947 Disclosure Alien Greys universe to life! 🛸 ROSWELL GREY 🔬 THE EXPERIMENTER 🚜 K.A.R.L.
